We collect only information necessary to operate and improve Analog. This includes account information (like email address), content you enter (tasks, notes, objectives), optional collaboration data, and communications you send us. We also collect device and app usage info, log data (IP address, device type, OS), and aggregated performance metrics.

Sensitive personal data such as government IDs, precise location data, or health records are not collected. Data is gathered only in the context of service improvement and support.

Your information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; generate insights and reviews; enable collaboration; provide support; and ensure security. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvement.

You retain ownership of your content in Analog. We do not sell your personal data. You determine what data to enter, share, and which features (like collaboration and notifications) to enable.

Collaboration, AI, & Automation

If you share an Objective, only those collaborators can access that data, and permissions can be revoked at any time. We are not responsible for how collaborators use information shared with them.

Our automated systems may generate insights to support you, but they do not make legal, medical, or financial decisions. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models without explicit permission.

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with obligations, and enforce agreements. Account deletion requests are respected and acted upon promptly.

Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

Analog operates from the United States and serves users globally. Using the Service means your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different laws. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where required. Analog is not intended for those under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
