These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Analog mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Analog Labs, LLC (“Analog,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Analog provides tools designed to support execution, reflection, and progress tracking over time. The Service allows users to create tasks, objectives, notes, reviews, and optional collaboration structures.
Analog is not a productivity guarantee, coaching service, medical service, financial service, or advisory service. The Service is intended to support personal awareness and execution—not replace judgment, expertise, or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using Analog, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
4. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create in Analog, including tasks, notes, objectives, reflections, and shared materials (“User Content”).
License to Analog
By using the Service, you grant Analog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.
This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required for legal or operational reasons.
5. Collaboration Features
If you choose to share objectives or collaborate with other users:
You control what is shared and with whom
Collaborators only see content associated with shared items
You may revoke access at any time
Analog is not responsible for how collaborators use or interpret shared information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
Upload content that violates the rights of others
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Fees are disclosed before purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Payments are processed through third-party app stores (Apple, Google)
Refunds are governed by the app store’s policies
Analog does not control app store billing decisions.
8. Insights, Automation, and AI-Assisted Features
Analog may generate automated summaries, insights, or reflections based on your usage and inputs.
These features:
Are informational only
Do not guarantee outcomes or results
Do not constitute professional advice
Are designed to support awareness and execution—not decision-making authority
You remain responsible for all actions you take.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying systems, is owned by Analog Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
Required by law
Necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Service
Termination does not limit rights or obligations that should survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ANALOG MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE
RESULTS WILL IMPROVE PERFORMANCE
DATA OR INSIGHTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ANALOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANALOG IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Analog Labs, LLC from claims arising out of:
Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
